⚓️ Originally from Hong Kong, I moved to the UK in 2013 to work as an interaction designer at Alive and as a visiting lecturer at Birmingham City University.
I relocated to Berlin in summer 2017 and joined several startups' founding teams as a product designer. In 2019, I joined SumUp to develop customer support features that helped businesses worldwide conduct seamless transactions.
Currently, I'm a senior product designer at N26. Our team focuses on creating smooth onboarding experiences for new customers, helping them get started with their accounts while growing our monthly active user base.
Design
I approach design with a scientific, analytical lens. As a designer, my core responsibility is ensuring that our team's decisions are guided by user insights.
Music
Music is the medium which I express myself. I love tinkering with my guitars and composing tunes in my spare time.
